New construction abounds in Tampa
The Tampa skyline is changing as plans for more condominiums are unveiled. From the Channel District to Bayshore Boulevard there are plenty of projects getting underway. The demand for condo living in Tampa is surging and developers are responding with some of the most beautiful and unique projects we’ve seen.

A 25 story condo building will be started in 2017 where the old Colonnade Restaurant used to be. According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Ascentia Development Group out of Sarasota purchased the site for more than $6 million. The Journal says the condos will average about 3,000 square feet each and they’ll be as luxurious as they are spacious. Many units will have sweeping views of Bayshore Boulevard and Tampa Bay. They can be accessed via private elevator lobbies. With soaring 10-foot ceilings, outdoor summer kitchens and hardwood floors it will be hard not to fall in love with the plans for these units. Price points for these units have yet to be made public.
Bayshore Grand
If you’re looking for a little more space a little closer to the ground you might consider Bayshore Grand. Four luxury urban town homes will be built in the heart of South Tampa. With a Bayshore Boulevard address these units will consist of open floor plans, custom staircases and railings, and lots of green space to enjoy your beautiful surroundings.
