The condo market in downtown St. Pete is HOT, one day listings are here, the next day they are gone. Here I’ll share with you my top 5 favorite buildings in downtown St. Pete, which coincidentally are hot with buyers right now too.
1. Signature Place. Reminiscent of South Beach, this architectural modern masterpiece features all the creature comforts you could want. From poolside cabanas, state of the art gym and more – this building has it all. Plus, its the tallest condo building in all of downtown St. Pete and has amazing views. 2. Ovation. One of the newest projects to be completed in downtown St. Petersburg, Ovation’s luxury condos are situated within walking distance to the marina, and several fabulous restaurants on Beach Drive such as Bella Brava and Cassis. Featuring just 45 estate size homes overlooking the scenic downtown St. Petersburg waterfront, with just two 3,660-square-foot homes per floor – each with its own private elevator lobby – this luxury address can be hard to come by for new listings. 3. Vinoy Place. 102 unit condo complex with four mid-rise towers and ten city homes situated on Tampa Bay. Vinoy Place is located between the Renaissance Vinoy Hotel and Vinoy Park, just a short walk from downtown St. Petersburg. 4. 400 Beach and Parkshore Plaza. Okay, I’m combining these two buildings into one. 400 Beach and Parkshore Plaza were both developed by Opus South, a year apart from one another. The two luxury condominiums are very similar from the exterior, but each has a different feel inside. The common areas at Parkshore have a more traditional decor; 400 Beach is more contemporary.
