Hi Liane, I just saw your post and wanted to offer some feedback that hopefully will help you sell this house. From a first impression, this being the first time I am seeing this property, I feel like it lacks some curb appeal. Its pretty much nestled in the trees and the drive way could use a power washing. On the inside, its a nice house, I think the sellers should invest in a home stager. They have a lot of personal items and tons of art in the house that makes it looked clutter. In the game room especially, it makes the walls “busy” and takes away from the functionality of the room. In the living room, the display for the TV is cluttered with books, I think it needs toned down. I think a good home stager will also give the home the “WOW” factor it seems to be missing. Hopefully, these tips will elevate your short sale competition and make this home desireable, eliminating the need to focus on price, thus adding value.
