Everyone has heard by now that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month – even the NFL gets in on it with their pink flags and uniforms! Jamason Realty Group is getting involved too. We will donate 10% of our team’s net proceeds to any cancer charity or awareness campaign of your choosing when you list or sell a home with us in the month of October. Far be it from us to say breast cancer is the only cancer worthy of funding research and awareness for – so we’ll donate to the cancer charity of your choosing.
As a cancer survivor myself (Stage 3B Hodgkins Lymphoma at the age of 23), I know how important awareness and assistance programs are for people affected. Many charities provide counseling, and even financial assistance to patients. Without the help of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a charity that assists blood cancer patients, I might’ve lost hope myself but am here today 13 years in remission – and considered “cured”.
