Tampa Bay Short Sales and Foreclosures Over $1M

Today I had a request from an investor for a list of short sale and foreclosure properties over the $1,000,000 mark. A few years ago, there would have been hundreds, maybe even thousands. I was shocked to see how few there are now – fewer than 20, as the economy has begun to improve.
