The new ONE St. Pete Condos is now 40% sold! As is normally the case with pre-construction, the earlier you buy, the better the pricing and incentives. When ONE St. Petersburg was first announced, the developer was offering a 10% discount on pricing. That incentive ended, and it was lowered to 5%. Now prices have risen, and the incentive is 4% plus a year’s worth of HOA dues paid. We anticipate that this too will go away soon, maybe even by the first of the year, as the developer usually gives little to no warning as to when the incentives will be removed as demand increases. Pricing will likely see an increase as well.
