The key is having a “must-have” list and, with the help of an experienced real estate agent, you can find the option that will fit all of your needs. If you love the condo lifestyle and are looking for unparalleled views of St. Pete – ONE St. Petersburg might be for you. At 41 stories tall the condo tower will be the tallest building in all of Pinellas County, according to the developer’s website. As of June, 120 units had already been reserved.

The property and its surroundings will take up an entire city block at 100 1st Ave. North. The tower will offer just about every amenity you can imagine and more. The lobby will feel airy and beautiful with a 28 foot atrium. On the second story, residents will enjoy an owner’s lounge just for them where they can hold meetings and be connected at all times with the latest technology. Club One will be perfect for cocktail parties or other member’s only events with its sweeping views of the Bay. There’s also plans for a 40,000 square foot resort deck with a pool, cabanas, workout facilities and more. For the truly distinguished buyer, the building’s penthouse is 4,900 square feet and is expected to sell for around $4 million dollars.

The only downside to this property is that construction won’t start until early 2016, with completion anticipated for 2018. You’ll find the bedrooms on the first and second floors and the third floor will feature the kitchen, living room, dining room, and roof access to a private terrace to entertain guests. Located at 145 5th Ave NE these townhomes are just a half block from Beach Drive and all of its amenities. They’re also just a few blocks from the Sundial and many other downtown favorites like the Vinoy Hotel and the Dali Museum.

If your preferences fall somewhere in between a townhouse and a high rise condo building, you’ll want to consider Bliss Over Beach Drive. At 19 floors and 30 units it combines the amenities of a high rise condominium building without having to share any walls with your neighbors.

Location is another bonus of this brand new building under construction on 4th Ave N and Beach Drive. Residents here will be in the middle of the most popular street in Downtown St. Petersburg. Completion is expected in about two years but contracts are already being accepted with a starting price at $800 thousand dollars. It’s always a bonus to get in while construction is underway so you can have your choice of finishes.
