New Construction from Red Apple Group in Downtown St Petersburg

Residences at 400 Central new construction condominiums located in Downtown St. Petersburg have just launched their pre-sales for this new luxury tower developed by Red Apple Group.  It is set for completion in approximately the first quarter of 2025.  This stunning residential luxury condo building will offer 46 floors and will be tallest condo tower in St. Petersburg. It’s $25,000 to reserve a unit, and apparently they are going fast! Many units offer spectacular water views of Tampa Bay and, on higher floors, the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll find primarily 10’ ceilings in living areas with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and expansive wrap-around terraces. The kitchens offer Jenn Air stainless steel appliances, premium European style cabinetry, and modern quartz countertops including waterfall edge and backsplash, a choice of gas or convection cook-top, deep under-mount sink and built-in wine fridge and appliance paneling available as an upgrade.

I had the chance to visit the sales center and check out the scale model and sample bathroom and kitchen and the one thing I love is that their kitchens offer the choice of either having a gas cooktop OR and induction cooktop.  It’s rare to find gas in condo buildings, so the home chefs out there will love this option.  I loved this slight nod to a mid-century walnut wood as well!  However if this is not your style, they offer several other kitchen colors/themes.
