It’s not often that I promote another agent’s listings, but my dear friends the Sisters Team here at Smith & Associates Real Estate have listed two unique properties that I had the opportunity to get a sneak peek at today. The Sisters and I have had transactions together in the past and I told them I’d love to help find them a buyer for these homes and work together again… so here they are!
The first property is currently under construction and is nearly finished – this is the one I got a look at today. Please have a look at some semi-crude iPhone shots I was able to capture. Okay guys – truth be told, when I saw this house in person today, I fell in love. I WANT THIS HOUSE! It’s too bad I just bought a year and a half ago, and really, I and my 2 dogs do NOT need 5 bedrooms… But seriously, this house is my dream, I love the modern finishes! I hope someone I know buys it so I can come visit it.
The builder is SunSure Living, and these builders do a fantastic, modern home in great locations throughout the St. Pete area. This home is located in the highly desirable neighborhood of Allendale Terrace, and features en suite bathrooms for each bedroom, a pool, a sundeck and a 2 car garage – really what more could you want?
Here’s the info and my “still under construction” photos below. As you can see, these builders have used some of the highest quality materials available – this home is going to go FAST once it is complete and new photos go into the MLS.

The same builders are also doing a slightly smaller home with 4 bedrooms on the same street on which construction has not yet begun. However my understanding is it is going to have very similar finishes. That listing is below.
