Q) How many elevators are there at Water Club?
A) There are actually 4 elevators per building, 3 regular and 1 service for moving in and out, large pieces, etc.
Q) How many parking spots come with each unit at Water Club?
A) You get two under the building and the builder is currently working on the assignment of those. There are also guest spots available.
Q) Do I get a storage unit?
A) Storage units are the same size for both floor plans available at Water Club. They are 9′ tall, 5’x7′. The storage for the Antigua is climate controlled as well. There is separate bike storage under the building as well so you don’t have to use your individual unit for bikes.
Q) Are boat slips available?
A) Boat slips have not been priced yet, they are guess-ti-mating $50k each. If you didn’t want to purchase one you could lease a slip next door at the St. Pete Yacht Club.
Q) How much will taxes be?
A) Taxes are estimated at 2% of the purchase price.
Q) What will the condo fee be?
A) Fees are .45 cents per square foot, which includes cable, heated pool, fitness, building insurance, etc.
Q) How many pets are allowed and what type?
A) 3 pets are allowed, no weight limit and no attack breeds.
Q) What kind of windows are in the units?
A) Windows are rated at 145mph code.
Q) What appliances come with the unit?
A) All appliances are included, washer and dryer as well.
